I evaluate clients needs by identifying symptoms that indicate nutritional imbalances through the initial one-on-one consultation and a focused questionnaire. We discuss his/her personal goals and lay a framework for a full nutritional and lifestyle assessment.

Report of Findings

Nutritional and lifestyle recommendations include 1 week meal plan, grocery shopping list, stress and relaxation management techniques.

Biography

An advocate for wholesome nutrition, Paul Bethel launched Food For Health | A Holistic Approach in 2019 to spread the word about natural nutrition and complementary health care. He is the founder of
Wellness Oasis | A Holistic Approach at Lucayan Medical Centre.

Bethel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa, Canada and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist – board certified in Practical Holistic Nutrition – graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver, Canada. He is a Certified Health Coach with Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and is trained in Food Therapy with the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, NY, USA. He is a Professional Nutrition Coach certified by International Sports Sciences Association.

Paul Bethel is a member of the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals.
